Does PerTronix work with aftermarket EFI systems?

PerTronix Ignitor and Ignitor II work with most aftermarket EFI systems that use a coil negative (points) signal. Some EFI systems need a sine wave from a magnetic pickup distributor, for which PerTronix offers compatible distributors. Most EFI systems also support the PerTronix Digital HP box, providing a 12V square wave signal. Ignitor III isn’t EFI-compatible due to multiple coil negative strikes but can work with the Digital HP box or be replaced with Ignitor or Ignitor II systems.
