Will the Ignitor work with a shift interrupter on a boat?

The Ignitor works with all boat shift interrupters.

For OMC stern drives with an OMC interrupter, the "diode fix" is required. If updated to a CDI Electronics interrupter, contact CDI to confirm compatibility with the Ignitor. Most CDI interrupters don't need the diode fix.

For Mercruiser interrupters, no extra parts or wiring are required—connect it as usual to the coil.
